2016 Fifth Avenue San Rafael, CA 94901

What are your hours?
My office hours are 8 am through 5 pm. However, I’ll try to make it happen for you!
How long are the sessions?

A session is between 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Do you take insurance?
I do not bill your insurance company directly. So, I’m considered an ‘out-of-network’ provider. I would be happy to provide you with a Super-bill receipt to submit to insurance. If you have any out-of-network benefits or have a health savings account, you can use that form of payment.
How do I set up your initial appointment?
Give me a call, text me, or send an email. My phone number is (907) 687-2105, and my email is info@seekpolarity.com. If you’re in limbo about what to do, give me a call, and we can chat a little; there is no commitment.
What is your cancellation policy?

I hold the spot to be with you. If you decide not to come, you need to let me know 24 hours before our scheduled appointment. Otherwise, I’ll charge you for the entire session or deduct a session from your package. This 24-hour notice gives me a chance to fill the reopened slot in my schedule.

Who founded Polarity Therapy?

Randolph Stone, a doctor in Chiropractic, Osteopathy, and Naturopath, founded Polarity Therapy. Polarity Therapy uses a systems approach to understand the connections between structural and physiological adaptation patterns and physical, mental, and emotional stresses.

Through hands-on bodywork technique and dialogue, we engage the body and mind’s self-healing wisdom to restore balance and health.

How do I fill out the intake form?
Please go to the link on seekpolarity.com and fill out the form as well as you can. The more you write, the more I will understand your needs ahead of time. This information allows us to have more treatment time. Who doesn’t want that?
What conditions does Polarity Therapy help with?
Polarity Therapy is a Swiss Army knife of holistic modalities. If you struggle with stress, anxiety, exhaustion, or muscle tensions like neck and back pain, high blood pressure, headaches or migraines, chronic fatigue, depression, obesity, a sleep disorder, or digestive issues, polarity therapy may provide the relief you deserve.
What should I wear for a session?
I recommend non-restrictive clothing such as yoga or exercise apparel. Please avoid jeans, belts, skirts, or dresses. Also, please be prepared to remove your shoes, jewelry, and accessories.
What can you do after a Polarity Therapy session to get the most out of our work?
Following a session, I suggest you drink plenty of water. You may also want to spend some time alone and meditate. In addition, it’s a good idea to go outside to take in the fresh air and beauty of nature. If you are one of the lucky ones and end up with ‘homework,’ please try and give it a shot.
What happens during a Polarity Therapy session?
Because you are a unique individual with your own set of goals, needs, and priorities, we tailor your session to meet your needs. No two polarity sessions are exactly alike as your situation will change. I will shift my focus based on what’s going on to provide the very best support and results. You’ll leave feeling empowered and in charge of yourself and your healing journey.
What should I expect when walking through the fence gate?

We do have two lovely dogs, both Alaskan Huskies! They are super friendly and talkative – no reason to hesitate or be concerned. However, let me know if you are, and I’ll make sure they are inside.

What happens when you start talking sports with me?

Sorry, I have no clue about football, baseball, or basketball.

And then there might be a follow-up question – And why is that?

First, I’m from Switzerland. Second, we don’t have a TV. And third, I deleted all my news apps from my phone. I’m telling you, life is good!

Do you recommend becoming a vegan?
Yes!
Are you vegan?
Yes, I am! There are multiple reasons why I decided to go that route. If interested, I usually recommend the documentary, ‘The Game Changers” on Netflix. This way you can decide for yourself.
